File: Set Auto-Save Delay…
file.setAutoSaveDelay Set the auto-save delay in seconds (used in "after delay" mode).
How to run it
Open the command palette (M-x in the Emacs keymap) and search for File: Set Auto-Save Delay…, then press Enter. It has no default keybinding, but you can bind one in Settings → Keymaps.
