View: Move File to Next Editor Group
view.moveToNextGroup Move the current file to the next editor group, splitting the editor if it is not split yet.
How to run it
Open the command palette (M-x in the Emacs keymap) and search for View: Move File to Next Editor Group, then press Enter. It has no default keybinding, but you can bind one in Settings → Keymaps.
