Log: Toggle Follow (tail -f)
log.toggleFollow Stream new lines as the log grows and auto-scroll to the bottom
How to run it
Open the command palette (M-x in the Emacs keymap) and search for Log: Toggle Follow (tail -f), then press Enter. It has no default keybinding, but you can bind one in Settings → Keymaps.
