Macro: Start or Stop Recording
macro.toggleRecording Start recording a macro, or stop the recording in progress.
How to run it
Open the command palette (M-x in the Emacs keymap) and search for Macro: Start or Stop Recording, then press Enter. It also has a default keybinding:
