Git: Apply Patch…
git.applyPatch Apply a .patch/.diff file, or the active buffer if it is a patch, to the working tree or the index.
How to run it
Open the command palette (M-x in the Emacs keymap) and search for Git: Apply Patch…, then press Enter. It has no default keybinding, but you can bind one in Settings → Keymaps.
