Git: Commit and Push
git.commitAndPush Commit with the message in the Commit window, then push the branch. A failed commit does not push.
How to run it
Open the command palette (M-x in the Emacs keymap) and search for Git: Commit and Push, then press Enter. It has no default keybinding, but you can bind one in Settings → Keymaps.
