View: Resize Bottom Tool Window
view.resizeBottomToolWindow Make the bottom tool window larger; use a prefix argument to make it smaller.
How to run it
Open the command palette (M-x in the Emacs keymap) and search for View: Resize Bottom Tool Window, then press Enter. It also has a default keybinding:
