Theme: Reload User Themes
theme.reloadUserThemes Re-scan the config folder's themes and editor-themes for user-defined themes.
How to run it
Open the command palette (M-x in the Emacs keymap) and search for Theme: Reload User Themes, then press Enter. It has no default keybinding, but you can bind one in Settings → Keymaps.
